PHOTO USAGE, LICENSE & ACCESS AGREEMENT

By accessing, viewing, downloading, or sharing any images from this gallery, you (“User”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT

All photographs contained in this gallery are the exclusive property of Volleyball Solutions and its contracted photographers. All images are protected by United States copyright law. No ownership rights are transferred through access or download of these images.

2. LIMITED LICENSE FOR PERSONAL USE

Volleyball Solutions grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the images solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, including personal social media posting. Any use beyond personal, non-commercial use requires prior written permission from Volleyball Solutions.

3. WATERMARK, LOGO & BRAND PROTECTION

Images contain official Volleyball Solutions branding and partner logos including the Ranse Jones Foundation.

The User may NOT:

- Remove, crop, obscure, alter, cover, or modify any watermark or logo

- Edit images in a manner that reduces the visibility or integrity of the branding

- Use filters, overlays, or cropping that interfere with the watermark

Any tampering with logos or branding constitutes a material breach of this agreement.

4. REQUIRED CREDIT & TAGGING

For any online or social media use, the User must clearly credit Volleyball Solutions by:

- Tagging @volleyballsolutions and @rockstarbeach on Instagram

- Including visible credit in the caption when applicable (e.g., “Photo courtesy of Volleyball Solutions”)

Failure to provide proper credit may result in revocation of gallery access and takedown requests.

5. PROHIBITED USES

Images may NOT be used for:

- Commercial, promotional, or advertising purposes

- Business, brand, or sponsored content

- Resale, licensing, redistribution, or transfer to third parties

- Creation of derivative works, NFTs, merchandise, or marketing materials

- Any unlawful, defamatory, or misleading use

6. ENFORCEMENT & REMEDIES

Volleyball Solutions reserves the right to:

- Revoke access to this gallery at any time

- Request immediate removal of improperly used images

- Pursue legal remedies for copyright infringement, including statutory damages where applicable

7. NO WARRANTY

Images are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Volleyball Solutions is not liable for misuse by third parties once images are shared online.

8. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing this gallery, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
